Sportful Fiandre Bib Tights

From the steady winter miles of building your aerobic engine through to more intense lung-burning intervals as spring arrives, the Fiandre Bib Tights offer reliable protection from cold and wet weather. Across the knees and lower legs, Sportful deploy Polartec® NeoShell® membrane. On a cold and damp day, this membrane provides long-ride water-repellent protection and excellent warmth where you need it most.  Sportful’s NoRain nano-tech treatment is also used throughout the tights, fending off road spray and periods of light drizzly rain.

To the bib section, a lighter weight mesh material is used. This allows for a greater level of breathability when the pace picks up and provides the perfect complement to any combination of base layer and winter jacket you choose. 

TC Pro Seat Pad

Inside the tights is Sportful's TC Pro seat pad - a pad created with hard training and racing in mind. Based on the Total Comfort Pad, it's adjusted for a more performance focus. The Urethane foam, up to 15mm in thickness, offers support and cushioning on the saddle but with minimal bulk. It's also perforated to offer a higher level of ventilation and speed up drying times. A performance-oriented pad, perfectly suited for long, intense rides.

Sportful temperature guide

Sportful now split the temperature range of their garments into two zones. Each zone signifies a different temperature range depending on whether you’re riding at a slower, steadier pace or more intense, faster pace.

This means, for example, a jacket can be rated down to 0 degrees C if your cycling effort is at a harder and more intense pace where body heat is quickly built up. However, the same jacket will be better suited to slightly warmer temperatures, say 5 degrees C, when your efforts are slower and steadier where you’re simply not generating as much body heat.
