This is reinforced internally to add strength and durability while the Thermo welded TPU offers rock and root-strike protection. 

SLW 3 Closure System

The SLW3, developed by X-Dial, builds and improves upon the previous iterations, making the fit and adjustment of your shoes quicker and easier than ever. It gives micrometric adjustment both to increase foothold and to release pressure. Twist to tighten. Press the side button to release pressure incrementally. All easily done on the go. Michelin X-Crossbow Sole

With the experts in tyre traction, Michelin, providing the rubber for the multipurpose sole, you can be assured of the best grip both when you're pushing on the pedals and when you're off pushing. If you're going around and sessioning a trail feature you'll be happy with the unshakeable across rocks, roots and loose loam as you push back up the hill. The enlarged tread pattern clears mud quickly too and the cleat box allows easy pedal engagement.

The X-Crossbow design provides outstanding support alongside shock absorption, offering comfort across the roughest terrain. Inside, the insert offers gradual moulding for pedalling stiffness but enhances comfort when walking.
