dhb Aeron Speed Women's Bib Shorts

Taking key learnings from dhb’s Pro level range, Aeron Lab, Aeron Speed is the balance of aero gains and comfort. It fits close to the skin but doesn’t require you to be built like the pros. 

These dhb Aeron Speed bib shorts are an updated version from the brand. Taking full advantage of the feedback taken from dhb’s 2018 season with UCI Continental Team, Canyon Eisberg, these bib shorts benefit from input from the pros but retain the ethos of the Aeron collection- all-day comfort.

The shorts use Wind-Tunnel tested fabrics from industry leaders, Shoeller on the outer leg. The textured fabric creates a disruptive area where it has the most impact when in contact with the wind and air, increasing aerodynamics. The rest of the shorts are made from Revolutional Energy, a premium fabric providing excellent support and wicking properties. It’s also quick drying, sun cream/oil resistant and provides UV protection.

The chamois is the women's Paris HP from experts, Elastic Interface. Thoroughly tested by dhb and their pro athletes, this pad guarantees all-day comfort in the saddle. It also now includes a new high-wicking top-sheet for increased comfort.

The dhb Aeron Speed Women's Bib Short has a slightly longer leg length to provide a little more coverage, keep the muscles more compressed, and provide some fractional aero benefits. dhb have added length by extending the leg gripper, also helping to improve the fit and ensure the shorts stay securely in place.

The shape of these bib shorts has been tailored around the hip area to avoid any risk of the material bunching when you’re riding on the drops. This design feature allows for an easy transition from the hoods to the drops and accentuates the feeling of a second skin.

The bib shorts are finished with lightweight bib straps that incorporate carbon fibre. This aids cooling has anti-bacterial properties, and it looks pretty special.
